Terms & Conditions...

Bookings are made in the Lead Name provided and group booked via the Isle of Wight Self Catering Association.

Bookings are payable, in full, within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Your tickets are held not booked. Only when payment is received are is your booking validated and your boarding pass issued.

If prompt payment is not received, your host can't guarantee the times reserved.

A boarding pass will be emailed to you within 24hrs but usually the same day of receipt of the payment (if in office hours).

On receipt, your boarding pass should be checked for accuracy (lead name, dates, route, vehicle registration etc.) and confirmed by return.

If you cancel your accommodation reservation, your ferry booking(s) will automatically be cancelled subject to the conditions below.

Changes & Cancellations...

Within 24 hours of travel, subject to availability, changes are possible and free of charge.

The vehicle registration can be changed at any time free of charge.

Number of passengers (max 6) / and or pets (max 2) can be changed at any time free of charge.

If cancelled 2 days or more before the scheduled travel date, a refund is possible, the original price minus a £63 administration fee.

Any refunds will be sent to the original payment method and can take up to 15 business days.

If cancelled less than 2 days before travel, no refund is possible.
