You host has to book your return travel, please complete the form with your travel requirements and you will receive a provisional booking usually with 24 business hours.

A link will be included to pay by all major credit and debit cards, once paid, your tickets will be validated an emailed to you and you'll be asked to check for accuracy.

No, the prices are set a year in advance.

What does change however is availability, your host cannot guarantee the actual crossing times until after the payment is received.  

If the crossing requested is not longer available, your host will book the closest time and confirm this to you for final approval, this can be changed but is of course, subject to availability.

Yes, the price you are quoted is a return ticket for one vehicle and up to 6 occupants.

All major cards are accepted, a link to pay by Stripe will be sent to you.

Yes, as you are paying by card, you are covered by 'section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act.

Yes, if you change you vehicle, just let your host know and it's a very simple process to update your booking.

The ferry companies have different definitions of vehicle size these are detailed below.

Wightlink     : length = 5.0m, height = 2.2m

Red Funnel : length = 5.5m, height = 2.0m

If you have bikes or roof boxes, these should be added to height / length for booking purposes.

Yes, the base quote assumes a standard car (see below), the prices are higher for larger vehicles but the great discount still applies.

Yes, your hosts need to note this in the booking, as they do for bicycles, this usually does not incur extra cost but will be factored in to the no obligation quote.

No, your host is the one with the discount privileges, whilst the booking process is slightly more cumbersome than booking direct, with the large discount that can be achieved, the extra steps are probably worth it!

No, the booking must be return on the same route and your journey must commence from the  mainland.

The two main ferry companies have regular services, do not panic !! 

If you get delayed, the ferry companies will get you on the first ferry they can.

Equally, if you arrive early, if they can they will always get you on the first available ferry.

Of course in busy period, the ferries do run at capacity.

Yes, subject to availability, your host can book as many crossing as required for you and you travel companions stay, times and routes can differ for each vehicle booked.

Please submit a form for each vehicle.

Yes, the tickets are flexible, changes can be made on both time and date.  

The price may potentially change, for example, if you change your return travel to be on a bank holiday where prices are more expensive.  Your host will advise in this scenario.

Refunds are possible but incur a £50 administration fee which your host can't avoid.
