Officially the sunniest part of the UK and home for your stay.
Located on the idyllic Winkle Street, Grade II listed Winkle Cottage was established in its current form in 2022 and quickly became successful, we are delighted to welcome back guests year after year.
Winkle Cottage is actually 1 & 2 Winkle Street, to our knowledge it was knocked in to a single dwelling around the late 1800's. At the same time the thatch was replaced with the tiles you see today, if you look closely, you can see red brick where once thatch would have been.
We are reliably told, that No 1 used to be the local public house, official or not its is hard to tell.
