Terms & Conditions...

Bookings are made in the Lead Name provided and group booked via the Isle of Wight Self Catering Association.

Bookings are payable, in full, within 24 hours of receiving the payment link. Only when payment is received are your tickets issued and validated.

eTickets will be emailed to you within 24hrs but usually the same day of receipt of the payment (if in office hours).

On receipt, tickets should be checked for accuracy (lead name, dates, route, vehicle registration etc.) and confirmed by return.

Changes & Cancellations...

Within 24 hours of travel, subject to availability, changes are possible and free of charge.

The vehicle registration can be changed at any time free of charge.

Number of passengers (max 6) / and or pets (max 2) can be changed at any time free of charge.

If cancelled 7 days or more before the scheduled travel date, a refund of the purchase price minus a £58 administration fee.

Any refunds will be to the original payment method within 3 business days.

If cancelled less than 7 days before travel, no refund is possible.
